The Commission House at 282 East 6th Street in St. Paul, Minnesota, was designed by Allen Stem and built by G.M. Deets in 1889. The building is now commonly known as the Seestedt Carpets Building for a long-time tenant, Seestedt Carpet. We are rehabilitating the building for a mix of commercial and residential uses with a restaurant or brewery on the first and basement floors, and rental housing on the second and third floors.
Please note that changes are likely and often. This site is the best place to discover progress.
